Motto: Restorers of God’s creation
We see Nepali Communities flourishing in the fruits of the Gospel through the labor of disciples who are yoked to Christ.
To provide Christ-centered training to equip godly leaders for the Nepali church, who are authentic in Christian character, competent in theological knowledge, and equipped for ministry.
We want to Glorify God through upholding these values:
Reformed world and life-view: We value the Reformed worldview: the world and all of its life belongs to God, and therefore must be reclaimed to the Lordship of Christ.
Christ-Centered Education: We value excellent theological education that is centered in the life of Christ, and in his words and thoughts for his church and his kingdom.
Missionary spirit and zeal: We value God’s missionary nature. The incarnation of Christ blesses us through his word and Spirit. The Holy Spirit sends us out to bless our neighbors wherever God places us.
Gospel-Transforming Community: We value the knowledge and spiritual practices that bring transformation in a person’s life, and therefore effect transformation throughout the entire community as it bears the gospel fruits.
Nurturing with Nepali Resources: We value that God has made us and loves us as Nepalese. And he has appointed us to be dignified stewards who are faithful with the resources entrusted to us, whether inherited, earned, or gifted from others.
Network of Christian leaders: The ascended Christ rules his Church. We value our relationships with the churches and pastors of our board, those who assist with instruction, and those who mentor student interns. We are their co-workers in equipping the church’s leaders.
Covenant Spirituality: We value a lively spirituality that is formed both on personal levels and in communities of covenant relationship with God.
Servant Leadership: We value Christlike leadership committed to a shepherding of self-denial in order build up others.
Holistic Human Development: People are complex beings, thus we value nurturing students in all aspects of their being: physical, spiritual, emotional, etc.
Training for Vocational Ministry: We value Christian ministry as a calling to covenantal love and duties uniquely entrusted by God through spiritual gifts.
